Understanding the Problem
Designing for peace of mind at home
The project started with a simple question: “Why do people often ignore home maintenance tasks?”
Through user interviews and surveys, I learned that most users either forget what needs to be done seasonally or don’t know where to start. This results in stress, expensive repairs, and a general feeling of being “behind.”
My goal was to design a tool that feels like a gentle helper — not a to-do list full of guilt. It had to be approachable, non-overwhelming, and smart about what matters most in each home.

Crafting the Solution
Turning home care into simple, guided action
I structured the app around seasonal checklists, visual progress tracking, and personalized suggestions based on home type and user habits.
The UI is minimal yet warm — designed to reduce friction and support a sense of calm control.
Each flow, from adding a task to tracking project progress, was optimized for clarity and speed. I also paid special attention to onboarding: the app welcomes users with quick setup and instantly shows value by highlighting the top 3 things they should do this week.
The result? A tool that makes people feel proactive, not reactive — and actually enjoy taking care of their home.
